Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled "County of Brunswick vs. Michael William Conrad, et al" the undersigned commissioner will on the 21st day of July, 2023, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon, the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 156LA007:

BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the northern line of West Boiling Spring Road; said iron pipe being located the following courses and distances from the centerline intersection of said Road with North Carolina # 87; South 24 degrees 59 minutes West 1241.58 feet to a point; thence North 65 degrees 01 minutes West 30 feet to a point; thence South 26 degrees 54 minutes West 30.00 feet to a point; thence South 33 degrees 59 minutes West 80 feet to a point; thence from said beginning point; South 44 degrees 16 minutes West 80 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 40 degrees 36 minutes West 150 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 44 degrees 16 minutes East 53.08 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 50 degrees 53 minutes East 150 feet to the point of beginning and being all of Lot # 16 as shown on a plat entitled Section 1-W for Boiling Spring Lakes of which is to be recorded at a later date.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
