3,What's your MOQ?Can you accept the Order QTY less than MOQ?

Our MOQ is 20000PCS,if the Order QTY less than 20K pcs,it will be charge a small Order fee about USD500 for injection color.

4,What's Delivery Terms?what is your payments terms?

Delivery term is FOB Zhuhai.Payment term is T/T,50% deposit before production 50% balance before shipment.

5,How to ship the Order products?

According to the customer's instruction,normally we send the products to the warehouse designated by the customer.by sea or by air.

6,How do you control the quality?

We will submit PPS and after sample approved,we will begin mass production.100% inspection during production,then do random inspection before packing.

7,If any quality problem,how can you settle it for us?

For any complaints about functionality or appearance, please provide pictures that can clearly show the problem, if necessary, please provide defect samples.We will respond to the short-term and long-term improvement measures within three working days after receiving the samples or pictures.In case of any loss caused by our packaging materials, our company will compensate us in full, or both parties will negotiate a unified plan.
